- orders & shipping
orders are dispatched from paris, france within 1–3 business days (monday–friday, excluding holidays).
delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
tracking is provided once your order ships.
- duties & taxes
for deliveries outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- returns
you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order.
email contact@verrierconcept.com with the subject line "RETURN – order #" before sending any items back.
items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
return shipping is paid by the customer.
- exchanges
we do not offer direct exchanges.
please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
- faulty or incorrect items
if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at
contact@verrierconcept.com with your order number and photos.
if confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, including reasonable return costs.
