we ship worldwide from paris, france using trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, and local postal partners).
- dispatch time
orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (monday–friday, excluding holidays).
- estimated delivery times
EU & UK: 1–3 business days after dispatch
USA / Canada: 2–5 business days after dispatch
rest of the world: 3–7 business days after dispatch
delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

free shipping promotions, when available, are applied automatically.
- duties & taxes
for deliveries outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
if a parcel is refused due to duties or taxes, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
- tracking
you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
- address accuracy
please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched, and we are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- uncollected parcels
return costs for uncollected or undeliverable parcels may be deducted from any refund.

you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order.
- how to request a return?
email contact@verrierconcept.com with the subject line “RETURN – order #” before sending any items back.
once approved, you have 14 calendar days to ship the return.
- condition of items
items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging (including shoe or brand boxes).
you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us—please keep your shipping receipt and tracking.
- return shipping
return shipping is paid by the customer.
if we provide a return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
- refunds
refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return), subject to inspection.
if handling exceeds what is necessary to verify the item, a reduction in value may be deducted.
original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
- exchanges
to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
- faulty or incorrect items
if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact contact@verrierconcept.com with photos and your order number.
if confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, including reasonable return costs.
- return address & customs
please clearly mark the parcel and all paperwork as “RETURNED GOODS” and declare the correct value to avoid delays or import charges.
